Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking a Paediatric Staff Nurse (Band 5) to provide high-quality, child-centred care in the paediatric assessment and day unit. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, support families, and contribute to multidisciplinary rounds.

Paediatric Staff Nurse - Band 5
To provide child centred, evidence based, high quality care to children and their families in the paediatric assessment and day unit setting.
To implement and evaluate family centred care and to be responsible for the delivery of care and assessment, development and evaluations of individual programmes of care
To take delegated responsibility for children working as part of a team to ensure care delivered is to a high standard
To be responsible for mentoring pre-registration students
To deliver evidence based care to a high standard, providing a holistic approach to nursing care, to children and young people admitted who require day admissions for tests or reviews from the medical team.
