Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Band 5 Speech & Language Therapist to join the Paediatric Service in Hereford. You will manage a sizeable community clinic caseload and have opportunities to develop specialist skills in Autism/Complex Needs with supervisor support.

Newly qualified candidates are welcome, with ongoing supervision available. The role requires travel across Hereford and surrounding county; a car driver is essential.

Qualifications

• High standard of general education leading to professional training
• Degree or equivalent in Speech & Language Therapy
• Professional license to practise

Responsibilities

• Manage own clinical caseload in community clinics, nurseries and primary schools with support as needed.
• Travel across Herefordshire; car driver is essential.
• Develop specialist clinical skills in Autism/Complex Needs with team support.
