Job summary

HCRG Care Groups is seeking a Band 5 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join the Surrey Child and Family Health Service. You will deliver high-quality OT assessments and treatments to children with developmental, physical and sensory needs while supporting families to promote independence.

Based in one of our Surrey hubs with a flexible hybrid pattern, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe practice, supervision and ongoing professional development through our Learning

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience working with children and paediatric assessments and interventions.
• Understanding of child development and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat children with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with families, schools and other services.
• Deliver personalised therapy plans with clear goals.
• Train families and school staff in therapy techniques.
• Maintain records and contribute to EHCP reports.
