Paediatric Head of Nursing – North Region (Complex Care)

Salary : Up to £55,000 per annum + Mileage (45p / mile)

Hours : Monday – Friday | 9 am – 5 pm | Remote with Regional Travel

Contract : Permanent | Full-Time

Locations Covered : Rochdale, Stockton-on-Tees, Telford, Nottingham

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong clinical leadership and direction to regional nurses and care staff.

Oversee the safe delivery and governance of complex paediatric and adult care packages.

Conduct clinical audits, assessments, and service reviews to ensure CQC compliance.

Deliver staff supervision, competency assessments, and ongoing clinical training.

Support new care package mobilisation and contribute to service development.

Collaborate with commissioners, ICBs, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care.
