University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric ENT Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join a growing team in Southampton. The role focuses on leading clinical care pathways, coordinating multidisciplinary support, and guiding families through ENT services.

You will work closely with the Paediatric ENT Consultant team and other clinical services to ensure safe, person-centred care for children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical leadership and coordination of care for paediatric ENT patients and families.
• Collaborate with MDTs to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across the care pathway.
• Lead service development, innovation, and improvements in paediatric ENT nursing care.
