Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) invites applications for a Band 7 Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Nurse Team Leader based at Wythenshawe Hospital. The post supports a large caseload of CYP with all forms of diabetes within a major paediatric centre, collaborating across hospital and community services.

You will lead an experienced multidisciplinary team, work 08:00–18:00, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior paediatric diabetes nurse with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering care across hospital and community settings.
• Experience with diabetes technology such as insulin pumps and CGM is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead paediatric diabetes nursing team to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinicians across organisations to enhance patient experience.
