A healthcare organization in Warrington is seeking a Paediatric Diabetes Team Clerical Assistant to provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, have NVQ Level 3 in Administration, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This part-time, permanent position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598, pro rata, within a supportive team environment.

The Band 3 Paediatric diabetes team administrator requires a passionate, highly motivated and experienced administrator with excellent communication skills. Someone who wishes to continue to develop their skills and knowledge. We are excited at the prospect of supporting motivated individuals to contribute to our growing services.

Responsibility for the procurement of stock on the unit, both clerical stock and clinical stock where appropriate.
Receive and store stock appropriately, place orders as requested.
Arrange interpreters if required for Diabetes Clinics.
