Job summary

Advantage Healthcare, part of City & County Healthcare Group, seeks a compassionate paediatric nurse to support a 6-year-old child at home with complex clinical needs in Wandsworth. You will work closely with the family, delivering nurse-led care including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management.

This role focuses on building trust, ensuring the child’s safety and development, and providing consistent, person-centred care in a home environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin with 3 years of experience as a fully qualified paediatric nurse.
• Background in Complex Care Nursing.
• Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate.
• Previous paediatric complex nurse experience is essential.
• Experience with TPN is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support a 6 year old child at home with complex clinical needs.
• Deliver nurse-led care including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management.
• Build a trusting relationship with the child and family, ensuring safety, comfort and development.
