Enviva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is looking for Paediatric Complex Care Assistants in the Peacehaven area.

We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process. As a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. During induction, you will shadow another team member to understand your role and get to know your colleagues.

Your colleagues and management team will support you during your induction to help you apply your training and answer any questions. You’ll start building your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments within Sonderwell Group.

You will be supporting clients within their own homes, assisting with their daily routines.

The client was born premature and suffered a lack of oxygen to the brain, resulting in severe damage to the central nervous system. They present with complex neurodisability, four limb cerebral palsy with dystonia, sleep difficulties, respiratory issues, dysphagia, epilepsy, and eosinophilic colitis (inflammation of the esophagus).

Please be aware there are pet cats within the property.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

  • PEG Feeding
  • Medication Administration
  • Paediatric experience
