Pure Staff are recruiting for a Packing Operative to join our client based in Birmingham Aston, a modern pharmacy and fulfilment centre handling healthcare products and medicines. The role involves packing, stock checks, dispatch preparation and KPI targets.

Requirements include warehouse experience, good physical fitness, and reliability. Pay is £12.71 per hour with 4 on 4 off day shifts (08:00 – 20:00) and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Packing Operative to join our client based in Birmingham Aston. our client is a rapidly growing healthcare and pharmaceutical fulfilment business. You’ll be joining a modern pharmacy and fulfilment centre responsible for preparing, picking, packing and dispatching healthcare products and medicines directly to patients.

Your Role

As a Packing Operative, your duties will include:

• packing pharmaceutical products
• Using Tape Guns to box up packages
• Checking incoming and outgoing stock for accuracy and quality.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring products are correctly labelled..
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
• Hitting KPI packing targets
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required.
