Thorn Baker Recruitment in Nottingham is seeking motivated Packers to join our production team. You will pack manufactured products at the end of the conveyor, inspect items for quality, and follow detailed packaging instructions with accuracy.

Full training is provided, and you will handle stock counts, organize the stockroom, and work across day, evening, or night shifts. This role rewards reliability, teamwork, and a careful, safety‑first approach.

Day-to-Day

• Begin with a team meeting to review the day’s priorities and safety guidelines.
• Packing products, ensuring they meet packaging requirements.
• Place items into boxes according to detailed instructions, checking for accuracy.
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Organize stock for shipment or storage in a neat, stable configuration.
• Perform a stock count and log accurate inventory records in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout your shift, including tidying up pallets, boxes, and other materials.

Candidates need to be flexible in terms of shift times (days, afters or nights).

The basic pay is £12.71/h.
