Job summary

Travail-Employment-Group in Wellingborough is seeking motivated packers to join a busy warehouse team. The role involves packing goods, using scanners and label printers, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will stand for long periods, perform light to moderate lifting, and work a Monday to Saturday day shift with an off day in the week. On-site parking and training provided are offered.

Sector: Warehouse - Packing

Hours: Mon-Sat (with day off in the week) 08:00-17:00

The Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and dependent individuals to join a well-established warehouse company as packers in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a strong work ethic who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the warehouse manager.

Key Responsibilities will be :

• Pack products using scanners, tape guns and computers to print labels.
• Assist in quality control of products.
• Meet quality standards and targets of packing each day.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Applicants must be comfortable with standing for extended periods, as the role involves being on your feet throughout the shift with heavy lifting at times and using stair ladders to reach high stock on shelves.
