Overview

Packer – Permanent Contract – Felinfach – £33,912 Per Year – 12-hour shifts (Days and Nights, rotating).

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Picker & Packer to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team in Felinfach on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Ensuring all items are securely packaged and correctly labelled
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain company standards
• Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Reporting any issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
