Packaging Production Team Leader

Hours: 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday) on a permanent early shift

Are you an experienced Folding & Gluing Operator ready to take the next step, or a proven Team Leader looking for a new challenge? This is an opportunity to join a long-established UK packaging manufacturer, known for producing high-quality cartons for some of the nation's best-loved brands across the confectionery, beauty, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a small, skilled team to achieve quality and output targets
• Oversee the daily setup, running, and maintenance of folding-gluing machinery
• Provide hands-on operational support where required to maintain workflow
• Work collaboratively with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to optimise efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organised working environment

• Proven experience operating or setting folding-gluing machines
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within packaging or manufacturing
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
