Operate packaging machines and manual packing stations efficiently.
Inspect items for quality control before and after packaging.
Weigh, label, and seal packaged goods accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and packaging area.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Report malfunctions, damaged products, or unsafe conditions immediately.
Assist in loading/unloading goods and inventory handling when required.
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Physically fit to stand, lift, and move packages throughout the shift.
Willingness to work in fast-paced, repetitive environments.
No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
Preferred: 0–1 year in a packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse role.

Rotational shifts or fixed shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night).
8 to 10 hours per shift, with paid breaks.
