Manpower is recruiting for Re-pack and Cask Operatives in Burton-on-Trent. You will repack and label items, ensure accurate packaging, and work with the warehouse team to meet daily targets. This role offers a clear shift pattern and a proactive, safety-focused mindset is valued.

Shifts run 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 with a £12.71 hourly rate. Weekly pay and access to upskilling programmes are provided by Manpower. Previous packing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in packing or warehouse roles preferred.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Repacking products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Ensuring items are correctly labelled and packaged for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
• Support team members to meet daily production targets.
