HRGO Recruitment are seeking a hardworking and reliable Packaging Machine Operative to join their friendly and dynamic Digital Print team. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced Production Minders and receive comprehensive training on gluing and cut & crease machinery, with opportunities for further development over time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is preferred.
• Commercial digital print experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Feed and pack products on the gluing line.
• Operate and run the gluing line.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly machine maintenance checks as required.
• Print and apply case labels to jobs being despatched.
• Maintain tidiness and organise the production area.
• Communicate with the office when problems arise or require support.
