Job summary

Aspinal of London Limited in Fernhurst, United Kingdom, seeks a proven packaging leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our packaging ecosystem, from sourcing and supplier management through planning, pricing, and inventory control to online representation and seasonal changeovers.

You will manage all packaging suppliers, secure best-in-market costs and lead times, ensure correct pack combinations, and maintain optimal stock levels across locations with just-in-time discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in packaging development, sourcing, or supply operations within retail or luxury goods.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and cost improvements across packaging components and seasons.
• Build and maintain a robust supplier base; benchmark costs and drive value.
• Manage packaging suppliers, set SLAs, and resolve issues.
• Approve styles and ensure specs meet brand, quality and sustainability standards.
• Plan, buy and manage inventory to balance availability and working capital.
• Audit packaging website representation and maintain documentation.
