Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking an Assistant Packaging Development Manager in London to join the Packaging Development team. You will support project management for packaging, ensuring delivery within spec, time and budget, while collaborating with Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Regulatory and Marketing.

You will focus on technical and quality aspects of primary packaging, work with external suppliers, and juggle multiple projects with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging development within FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist on packaging development projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Marketing.
• Manage artwork processes for primary and secondary packaging.
• Coordinate with NPD and CPA teams to align CPAs and schedule timings.
• Maintain relationships with external pack suppliers and contract manufacturers.
