Job summary

Sculpted by Aimee in the UK or Ireland is seeking a Full-time Packaging Designer to own packaging concepts from idea to execution. This hybrid role reports to the Lead Designer and collaborates with Product, Brand and Marketing to deliver commercially compelling packaging.

You will build renders, manage timelines, stay ahead of trends in sustainability, and help shape the customer experience across 140+ products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in beauty, skincare or consumer goods.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, concepts, and rendering.
• Excellent rendering/visualization skills (3D mockups, photorealistic renders).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end packaging concepts and design across the business, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Lead development of creative packaging concepts across skincare and cosmetics, incl. seasonal campaigns.
• Produce high-quality packaging renders for reviews and approvals.
• Manage workflows, timelines, and assets across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand and Marketing to translate strategy into packaging design.

Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a Full-time Packaging Designer to join the growing Creative Team based in the UK or Ireland. This hybrid role will take ownership of packaging across the business at Sculpted by Aimee reporting to the Lead Designer.

Accountabilities Include

• Own and oversee end-to-end packaging concepts and design across the business, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
• Lead the development of creative packaging concepts across skincare and cosmetics products, including seasonal campaigns (e.g Christmas, limited editions)
• Produce high-quality packaging renders to support internal reviews and stakeholder alignment
• Manage and organise packaging workflows, timelines, and assets across multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, and Marketing teams to bring packaging concepts from idea to execution
• Translate brand strategy into technically accurate and elevated packaging design that is consistent across every touchpoint
• Build renders and mock ups for Marketing and Product team approvals
• Liaise with Brand, Regulatory, Product and internal stakeholders on approvals process
• Work with visual merchandising to ensure the packaging reflects well in-store and on stands
• Ensure packaging is visually impactful and commercial, balancing creativity with consistency
• Stay ahead of trends in beauty packaging, materials, sustainability, and consumer experience
• Support sustainable business practices by minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
• Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.

Experience Needed

• 5+ years of experience in packaging design (mid to senior level), ideally within beauty, skincare, or consumer goods
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process management
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, creative concepts, and rendering capabilities
• Advanced skills in rendering and visualization tools (e.g., 3D mockups, photorealistic packaging renders or AI visualisation)
• Skills with previous campaigns such as gift boxes/bundle packaging or limited edition SKUs
• Broad design experience across brand, product, and visual design
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
