A leading retail company in London is seeking a Packaging Designer to create and develop packaging artworks for own-brand categories. The role requires experience in packaging design, proficiency in Adobe Suite, and the ability to manage projects while ensuring brand integrity. The individual will be responsible for communicating designs and understanding manufacturing processes in a dynamic work environment.

The Packaging Designer is responsible for the conceptual creation and development of packaging artworks and graphics for Frasers Group own-brand categories (primarily for Slazenger, Everlast, Jack Wills and USA Pro). They will understand manufacturing processes, production methods and materials, and they must be able to manage a diverse workload whilst ensuring the highest standards. The individual must be able to communicate and discuss designs with colleagues and buyers. As a packaging designer, the individual is responsible for designing and creating the artworks for all consumer packaging i.e. primary and secondary packs, using their expertise and knowledge of manufacturing processes to ensure artworks are suitable for packaging production. The designer has a responsibility to ensure brand integrity is maintained through all aspects of the design processes and must be able to implement a high level of quality consistently in a timely and cost-effective manner.
