Job description

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Design and Compliance Manager to join the Warhammer Studio team. In this role, you’ll produce world-class packaging and construction guides that support and inspire our customers to collect, build, paint, and play with Citadel Miniatures.

We are looking for someone who is detail-focused, as you’ll work closely with the wider Warhammer Studio and manufacturing operations to deliver packaging that is both functional and inspiring. With a firm understanding of international packaging regulations, you’ll create templates and finished designs that meet legal, toy safety, and regulatory requirements across multiple territories.

Credible and confident, you’ll lead a team of designers, inspiring them to deliver packaging and construction guides to the highest standard and on time. You’ll drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement, setting delivery schedules, realistic deadlines, and tracking project progress while providing constructive feedback to the team.
