Job summary

FedEx in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Handler in Poole to load and unload vehicles, sort and move packages using scan and load methods, and maintain safety standards across a fast-paced operation.

You will work the AM shift Tuesday to Saturday from 03:00 to 09:00. The role offers a pay rate of £13.26 per hour with a pay increase after 9 months and premia for hours worked between 2:30am and 10:30am, plus full training and clear progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Job description

Hours: 30 per week.


Shift: AM Tuesday to Saturday 03:00am - 09:00am


Salary: £13.26 per hour, increasing after 9 months service. Premia paid for hours worked between 2:30am - 10:30am.


Our Handlers ensure that customers' urgent packages get to the right place, on time.


The role involves loading and unloading of company vehicles, sorting and moving packages / freight using effective scan and load methods complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.


You will use machinery and technology where it is appropriate and provide support to supervisor and team members as required.
