Job summary

GBD FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited is seeking a Loading/Unloading Handler in Poole for a 30-hour week. The role covers early morning shifts Tuesday through Saturday, from 03:00 to 09:00.

Starting pay is £13.29 per hour with premium pay for hours from 7pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am. Responsibilities include loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and moving packages using scanner methods in compliance with health and safety rules.

Position Summary

Hours: 30 per week. Shift: AM Tuesday to Saturday 03:00am - 09:00am Salary: £13.29 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.

Our Handlers ensure that customers' urgent packages get to the right place, on time. The role involves loading and unloading of company vehicles, sorting and moving packages / freight using effective scan and load methods complying with Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. You will use machinery and technology where it is appropriate and provide support to supervisor and team members as required.
