A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Principal. The role involves providing clerical and HR support, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring high professional standards. Ideal candidates will bring excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the leadership team and other staff. As the PA the Principal you will be required to support the Leader and Senior Leadership Team in a varied range of duties including clerical support, such as IT and administrative duties, and diary management, including making travel and accommodation arrangements when necessary.
You will also, under the support and supervision of the Trust's People Directorate, be responsible for the Academy’s HR and Personnel related responsibilities, such as monitoring the academies recruitment, staff absence and changes of contracts.
You will be a highly motivated individual, with great attention to detail. You will be able to multitask and work well under pressure in an environment where demands of the role can change quickly.
You will have experience of managing a team, ensuring consistency and high standards remain at the forefront of everything the Academy does. Not only will you manage your own team, but you will also work closely with the Principal, SLT, and Faculty Leaders, as well as supporting colleagues at all levels - so great interpersonal skills are a must.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, but a great sense of humour would be advantageous to you joining our fun and passionate team.
