Personal Assistant to Managing Director - Join Our Dynamic Team in Newport! Are you an organised, proactive professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support senior leadership in a thriving and growing organisation. We are searching for a talented Personal Assistant to play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and the Managing Director focused on success.

The company is based in Newport, this is an office based only role.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Masterfully manage the Managing Director's diary and prepare for important meetings
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including creating agendas, distributing materials, and capturing minutes
  • Draft and refine communications to ensure professionalism and clarity
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with confidence and discretion
  • Take charge of business travel arrangements and event planning
  • Support and attend key events throughout the week, keeping things running seamlessly
  • Manage customer complaints with care and efficiency, safeguarding our company reputation
  • Keep the electronic filing systems up-to-date and accurate
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role in a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and face-to-face
  • Excellent time‑management skills, able to prioritise and multitask
  • A strong sense of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
  • Providing excellent customer service is second nature to you
