The Company:

Join a young, fast-growing video production and creative studio specialising in high-impact social media content. Hugely collaborative and totally passionate about making great digital content, this company has laid its roots in North London.

The Founder:

You’ll be supporting a highly creative, energetic founder who lives and breathes digital content and music. Down-to-earth, hands‑on, and deeply involved with every part of the business, he’s the kind of leader who’ll jump in wherever needed and values a PA who can keep pace with his vision, schedule, and momentum.

You’ll act as the Founder’s organisational backbone, ensuring his professional and personal world runs smoothly while serving as the key link between him, the leadership team, and external partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all information with discretion.
  • Manage a fast-paced, international diary.
  • Oversee inbox priorities and communication.
  • Prepare briefs, agendas, and research materials.
  • Coordinate cross-team projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Support planning sessions and off‑site meetings.
  • Lead ad hoc projects with tight deadlines.
  • Manage complex global travel logistics.
  • Support industry events and shoots.
  • Provide responsive assistance while the Founder is travelling.
  • Manage both personal and professional scheduling.
  • Work closely with the family office, management teams, and household staff to ensure seamless operations
About you:
  • 2+ years’ experience as a PA/EA supporting a senior leader.
  • Interested in digital media, production, or the entertainment world.
  • Ultra-organised, proactive, and always three steps ahead.
  • Calm, solutions-focused, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Trusted with sensitive information and high-pressure.
  • Tech-savvy: confident with Google Workspace, Notion, and modern productivity/AI tools.
  • Full driving license - this is essential for the role.

If you’re excited by the idea of supporting a visionary creative leader and being part of a buzzing, ambitious studio, we’d love to hear from you.
