Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and polished Personal Assistant to provide proactive support to three senior directors. This is a pivotal role supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced property development and investment environment in Central London.

The successful candidate will be primarily managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Applicants must have previous experience as a PA or supporting senior management, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. Confidence and polished presentation, both in person and in writing, are essential, as is high proficiency in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Based: Office

Hours: 8:45-5:45

Responsibilities
  • Diary management, meeting scheduling and coordination
  • Track meetings, ensure attendees are well prepared
  • Take/circulate meeting minutes as required
  • Coordinate/follow up on meeting actions
  • Assist with the implementation of new initiatives
  • Prepare and format documents and presentations
  • Provide daily lunchtime Reception cover, as well as sick/holiday cover as required
  • Handle correspondence
