A prestigious law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate department. This role offers the opportunity to provide proactive support to busy fee earners, manage diaries, coordinate travel and administer billing. Ideal candidates will have a background in property and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next step in your business support career?

Based in the heart of Bristol, this international, well respected law firm have a need for an experienced individual to join their Real Estate department. Supporting a number of individuals, working within a team of support staff, this role will involve using your Real Estate/Commercial Property experience. With clients such as Barclays, Facebook, Siemens, Vodafone this role will require first class secretarial and administrative skills to offer the best service possible.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Provide an effective and proactive PA service to a number of busy fee earners.
  • Offer outstanding communication to both internal and external clients as well as other PA’s.
  • Be responsible for travel arrangement, conference bookings, and meeting room bookings.
  • Diary Management.
  • Speak with clients, colleagues and third parties to provide and gather relevant information.
  • Billing – working closely with the accounts department.
  • Monitor and assist with fee earners inboxes.
  • Conduct property searches.
  • Deal with expenses.
  • Assist with Client Relationship information.
  • Deal with general administration including – filing, post, drafting correspondence, file opening, arranging files to be sent off site.Checking, registering and scheduling title deeds.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.
  • Support Senior PA’s when needed.
