Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) / Outreach Support Worker to join our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently within their own homes and community.

You will provide person-centred support, helping individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, household duties, and accessing community activities. The role also involves supporting with appointments, building social skills, and promoting confidence and wellbeing.

You will work in line with each person’s care plan, respecting their privacy, dignity, and choice at all times. Full training will be provided, and we welcome applications from both experienced support workers and caring individuals looking to start a career in social care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities to help them live independently within their own homes and community.
