A leading financial advisory organisation in London is seeking a PA/Office Manager to support senior management. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience within financial services, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

Overview

This is a fabulous opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to work for a financial advisory organisation based close to Bank station. The role requires someone who is confident, capable and has previously worked as a PA within Banking/Finance where they have had to think on their feet, use their initiative and be used to a fast-paced environment.

The ideal applicant will need strong organisational skills and will be someone who is switched on and intelligent. The individual will want to get fully involved and gain a complete understanding of the business deals that are taking place as there will be regular client liaison and the coordination of client events and lunches. In addition, the role requires weekly processing of invoices, IT support, travel and diary management and some general HR administration.

An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are important as well as a positive and cheerful manner. Calm, capable and flexible, this is a great role where you can become an integral part of a team. You will need to have a solid CV and no less than 3 years experience of working within financial services.

You must be well-spoken and well-presented and have excellent interpersonal skills as there is a high level of senior contact.

Working hours are 9-6 and the role is office based 5 days per week, although there will be some occasional flexibility to work from home.
