We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join our client's team in Lincoln.

About the Role

An award‑winning female CEO is seeking an exceptional and discreet Office Manager & Personal Assistant to provide seamless, high‑level support across both her professional and personal life. This is a pivotal position for a proactive, highly organised, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills, sound judgment, and impeccable discretion. You'll excel at managing multiple priorities, meeting critical deadlines, and consistently delivering results with precision and care.

As a trusted confidante, you will demonstrate initiative, foresight, and professionalism, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. This role requires someone who is sharp, intuitive, and relentlessly dependable, with a natural ability to stay one step ahead at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across both sites & offices, liaising with service providers i.e. mobile phones, IT, to ensure efficiency & high standards are met.
  • Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, inductions, uniforms, & staff records.
  • Manage site appearance, health & safety, maintenance, & callouts.
  • Oversee company ordering, budgeting, supplies, P&L management, and communication across the business.
  • Support rota planning, staff scheduling & team coordination.
  • Organise & minute meetings, complex diary management & follow‑up actions to ensure things happen.
  • Plan & deliver company events.
  • Assist with order allocation & dispatch of dresses during peak seasons, working with the Operations Manager.
  • Project Management
  • Act as the first point of contact & trusted gatekeeper for the CEO.
  • Manage an ever‑changing diary with precision & foresight.
  • Arrange complex travel, visas, air miles & inclusive complex UK & international itineraries.
  • Research and compile information from briefs, producing clear, well‑structured documents and presentations for CEO review.
  • Provide discreet support for personal & social engagements.
  • Run errands, source items, & fulfil ad‑hoc requests efficiently & tactfully.
  • Manage CEO personal administration including purchasing, expenses, contracts & supplier coordination for the CEO.
  • Handle personal administration with the highest level of discretion & care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager supporting a senior executive or high‑profile individual.
  • Impeccable organisational & time management skills, able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
  • A confident & strong communicator, able to liaise effectively at all levels and make things happen across business functions.
  • Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs & takes ownership.
  • Tech‑savvy & confident across digital platforms & Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, & able to thrive when plans change at short notice.
  • Naturally discreet & trustworthy.
  • Accountable for ensuring tasks are completed on time & to the highest standard, with nothing overlooked.
  • Approachable, personable, & professional – the right cultural fit is as important as skillset.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Package
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Days: Primarily Monday to Friday, however, there will be the requirement for flexibility around some evening & weekends in peak season.
  • Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum for the right candidate.
