Company Overview

An amazing opportunity has just come up to join a boutique PR management firm. This position will involve supporting the MD and two partners with travel, diary, expenses and day-to-day support. Along with this, the role will see you getting involved with office management duties, ensuring smooth operation and liaising with contractors. This is a hugely varied role where every day will present new tasks to get involved with.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and liaising with client
  • Office management – liaising with suppliers, facilities, and contractors
  • Event management – internal events, sourcing venues, sending invites, etc.
  • Personal assistant duties – travel booking and coordination, diary management, expenses, supporting one MD and two Partners
  • Assisting with HR duties, including recruitment
  • Project management duties
