Job summary

A boutique Family Office in Greater London is seeking a full-time PA & Office Manager to manage day-to-day operations, provide administrative support for investment activities, and assist directors with personal PA duties. Ideal candidates should have corporate office experience and exceptional organisational and communication skills. This position offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, with a flexible working schedule.

My client, a small, boutique Family Office specialising in investment, is looking to hire a PA & Office Manager to join them on a full‑time basis.

Role:

PA & Office Manager

Sector:

Family Office

Salary:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Location:

Blackheath - Greater London

When:

Monday - Friday / 3 days in office / open to 4 day working week if needed

What you will do:
  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of the office
  • Manage private PA duties for the Directors including personal errands, planning travel and managing private financial admin
  • Act as a business EA and manage diaries, travel arrangements and meeting preparations
  • Provide high‑level administrative support for investment activities
  • Head up any projects, ensuring everything is on time and kept within timelines
  • Undertake all administrative duties
  • Oversee accounts payable processes utilising accounting platforms
  • Ensure secure documentation control and compliance
What you need:
  • Previous experience within an Office Manager / PA / Senior Administrative role
  • Proven experience within a corporate office
  • Can do attitude - someone who is happy to help in any area
  • Happy to work within a very small team
  • Experience within all MS Packages and Accounting Softwares
  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
