Responsibilities
  • To assist the Private Client Directors with the day-to-day running of their clients affairs.
  • To prepare paperwork for new members and existing clients, liaising with the Compliance Team and other divisions as required.
  • To provide cover within the Private Client Directors Assistant team and ensure that all telephone calls are taken and dealt with, or messages taken when the Private Client Director is unavailable.
  • To attend individual and group meetings wherever possible.
  • To assist with the collection and payment of losses and cash calls.
  • To assist with the release and payment of profits and of surplus funds.
  • To assist with the management and maintenance of funds.
  • To ensure that the requirements of the investments are understood and that assistance is provided to the Private Client Directors in this regard.
  • To report any likely breach of regulation or other compliance issues, money laundering regulation immediately to the Compliance / Money Laundering officer.
