Boutique property firm in the West End are looking for an organised, experienced PA/Administration Assistant with strong Audio typing to join the team. The role is office based 5 days, hours are 9-5:30pm, you will join a sociable, professional firm who values longevity and can offer stability.

You will report to the Executive Assistant to the Founder, duties include meeting and greeting clients, audio typing of weekly minutes (several weekly) requiring excellent attention to detail, accuracy and speed, booking and prepping meeting rooms ready for Board meetings, inbox management, ordering supplies/stationary and general office administration support.
