Prepare a detailed tie-in progress tracker to manage interfaces.
Report on Piping & Mechanical Progress with regular site visits.
Track Sub-Contractor performance onsite.
Provide planning and progress monitoring assistance.
Evaluate & record project progress against plan.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Monitor progress against plans and report on status.
Liaise with team members, clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Support Quality and Health and Safety objectives.
