Job summary

SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd seeks a Business Technology Analyst (P2P IT) to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will support procurement and accounts payable systems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SRM and Ariba, driving changes and delivering value across SEFE's P2P landscape.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, assist with configuration, testing and deployment, and collaborate with external service providers, application support, and business users.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze business challenges and translate into tech specs.
• Experience configuring or managing SAP procurement solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Understanding of system architecture and integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business challenges with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Define, prioritize, and document system enhancement needs.
• Design/configure solutions across P2P tech landscape (SAP modules).
• Assist with testing, deployment, and change management activities.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues with business users and support teams.
• Investigate incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis and fixes.
