Part Time HR Officer

Location: Cookstown

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time – circa 24-25 hours per week

We are hiring for our client, a leading manufacturer in the Cookstown area. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Part-Time HR Officer to support the daily operations of their HR department.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, providing exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR compliance.

The Role
  • Assist with recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

  • Administer HR documentation, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation

The Person
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS)
