Are you an organised and detail-focused finance professional looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference? Our client is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team, working within a caring environment that values people as much as performance.

The Role

As the Finance Assistant, you'll play a key part in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations. You'll work closely with management and external accountants to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all finance processes.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Maintaining accurate records of fees and accounts
  • Assisting with payroll and staff expenses
  • Reconciling bank statements and petty cash
  • Preparing and updating financial reports
  • Liaising with suppliers and families regarding billing and payments
  • Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial procedures
About You
