P.E Teacher

First For Education are working with a vibrant secondary school in Bilston who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated P.E Teacher to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a passion for promoting physical education, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging P.E lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to achieve their best both inside and outside the classroom.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and committed individual who enjoys motivating young people and creating an inclusive and energetic learning environment.

You must have QTS, QTLS or equvilent to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging P.E lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Promote participation in physical activity and school sports.
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress and attainment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies.
  • Contribute to extra-curricular activities, fixtures, and school sports events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider school community.
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism or strong background in Physical Education.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A positive role model with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
