Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join the People & Culture team in London. The role focuses on onboarding, HRIS data accuracy, and recruitment administration, with duties extending to engagement initiatives and compliance with UK law.

You will work across functions, analyse HR data to support decisions, and ensure high-quality employment documentation. A strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems is essential.

  • Ensure procedures comply with hotel policies and UK law.
  • Support engagement initiatives and recruitment administration.
  • Stay updated with UK and European HR regulations.

As a People & Culture Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
  • To ensure CVs, interview notes and passports/ visas are complete to prepare offer letters and contracts accurately.
  • To complete onboarding administration including preparation of contracts & new starter documents.
  • To ensure HRIS and Payroll system is up to date and managed effectively.
  • To ensure that all People & Culture administration procedures are carried out in accordance with Hotel and Legal requirements.
  • To support engagement initiatives, including MOCare and P&C led engagement initiatives.
  • To support in administration relating to recruitment, including preparing and posting job adverts, screening CVs and managing applications in line with company standards.
  • To adhere and keep up to date with all UK & European Legislation affecting People & Culture.
To be a successful People & Culture Coordinator candidate, you must have:
  • Ability to analyse HR data to drive insights and decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Skilled in HR systems; experience with Workday and ADP is preferred
  • Comfortable collaborating cross functionally across all levels of the business
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment and experience
