Job summary

Pertemps Reading is seeking a reliable Housekeeper in Oxford for a full-time temporary role, 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. The assignment runs until 9 October 2026 and pays £13.85 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning student accommodation—rooms, hallways, kitchens, meeting rooms and toilets—while maintaining high hygiene standards and reporting any incidents promptly. Training and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/Cleaning experience required.
• High attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable with flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Clean student accommodation including rooms, hallways, kitchens, meeting rooms and toilets to required standards.
• Attend training as necessary and comply with safety rules for materials, equipment and premises.
• Maintain high personal appearance and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues at all times.
• Perform reasonable tasks as requested by management or Housekeeping Supervisor.
