Job summary

You will manage your own lab activities, develop experimental methods, test hypotheses, and contribute to publications and funding proposals while collaborating with colleagues and partner institutions.

Qualifications

• PhD/DPhil in viral immunology, cellular immunology or related field.
• Experience conducting immunology or infectious disease research in a lab.
• Ability to independently plan and organise experimental work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and apply analytical protocols and experimental techniques.
• Manage own research and laboratory activities to deliver defined projects.
• Publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals and present at conferences.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentor others in specialist methodologies.
