Job summary

The Profs is seeking Oxbridge admissions tutors to join our University Admissions Branch. You will deliver bespoke admissions programmes for high-competitive undergraduate and postgraduate applicants, drawing on direct experience with Oxbridge processes.

Ideal candidates attended Oxford or Cambridge, have a strong academic background and proven tutoring success, with outstanding organisational and communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree of 2.1 or higher.
• Educated at either Oxford or Cambridge University.
• Experience planning and delivering bespoke one-to-one admissions programmes.
• Thorough knowledge of Oxbridge admissions process (PS support, tests, interviews).
• Proven success assisting students with Oxbridge admissions.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills, empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering bespoke admissions packages for students applying for highly competitive undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
• Managing a portfolio of clients and regularly feeding back updates on students' progress to relevant client managers.
