Job summary

The Profs is a leading EdTech tutoring firm delivering bespoke Oxbridge admissions coaching to clients worldwide. We seek tutors who have attended Oxford or Cambridge and boast strong admissions tutoring experience, plus a solid academic background.

Responsibilities include creating tailored admissions packages, guiding students through personal statements, tests, and mock interviews, and communicating progress to clients. We value empathy, organization, and effective teaching.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with 2.1 or higher.
• Education at either Oxford or Cambridge University.
• Experience planning and delivering bespoke one-to-one admissions programmes.
• Thorough knowledge of Oxbridge admissions process including personal statement support, admissions test prep and mock interviews.
• Proven success assisting students with Oxbridge admissions.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills, especially empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver bespoke admissions packages for highly competitive undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and regularly update client managers on progress.
