Job summary

Specsavers Staines is inviting an ambitious Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the new Audiology Partner and business owner. You will take ownership of an established Hearcare operation, backed by an experienced team and strong optical partners, with opportunities to grow and share in profits.

The role offers a base salary of up to £50,000 plus 50% shareholding and dividends, with ongoing support from Specsavers and a proven track record in this partnership model.

Qualifications

• Qualified HCPC-registered audiologist or hearing aid dispenser.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own aHearcare business with autonomy and accountability.
• Develop clinics and build local relationships in the community.
