Job summary

A leading international summer school organisation seeks an Overseas Programme Manager to establish a summer school in Japan. The role requires a part-time commitment from February to June, transitioning to full-time in Japan during the camp. Applicants should have strong managerial experience, English proficiency of C2 level, and the right to work in the UK. Qualifications

• Full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8.
• Experience of managing different stakeholders prioritising safeguarding.
• Satisfactory references and DBS/Police Check required.

• Set up and deliver a new summer school in Japan.
• Manage the centre ensuring smooth experience for all involved.
• Focus on project management and compliance with UK and Japanese regulations.
