Real Life Options in Inverurie is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide overnight assistance in clients’ homes, ensuring safety and assisting with personal care and medication with full training.

Shifts run 9pm-8am or 10pm-8am, with driving and PVG checks preferred. The role values honesty, empathy, reliability, and a person-centered approach to helping individuals achieve independence.

Qualifications

• No formal qualification required; right values and attitude prioritized.
• Experience with challenging behaviour is desirable.
• Shadow shifts will be completed before fully starting, tailored to your experience level.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support in clients' homes.
• Ensure safety and security of service users and property.
• Assist with personal care and medication (full training provided).
• Assist with moving and handling.
• Promote independence and support personal goals.
