Overnight Production Worker

Location: Uckfield | Working hours: 12-hour shifts (most days finish early, but full pay for the entire shift) | Job type: Temporary (ongoing) | Rate of pay: £13.14 per hour

HRGO Recruitment is looking for an Overnight Production Worker to join our packaging team. The role involves working on the food production line, specifically folding boxes, inserting sealed ingredients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging process.

Key Responsibilities

• Stand on the food production line to fold boxes and insert sealed ingredients.
• Monitor machinery and ensure that packaging processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in a food production environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE such as hair nets, gloves, and jackets.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
